Volkswagen has unveiled the much-awaited Volkswagen Virtus sedan and the bookings for the new sedan is now open across all Volkswagen showrooms in India. The new Virtus sedan replaces the ageing Volkswagen Vento sedan in India and will compete against sedans such as the Skoda Slavia, Honda City, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, and Hyundai Verna. According to Volkswagen, the Virtus sedan will be produced at the German automaker’s Chakan plant and will be exported to 25 countries in 5 continents.
